Booking conditions
After we receive your reservation request, we will confirm the availability of the requested services and we will send you the proforma invoice by email.
The payment may be made by bank transfer or by credit card within the period specified in the invoice.
For a confirmed booking a prepayment of 30% of the total services must be paid. In case the prepayment will be not made within the specified deadline, the booking will be cancelled.
Cancellation conditions and booking change
- for cancellation with more than 7 days before check in, the penalty fee is 30% of the value of the booked services;
- for cancellation within 7 days before check in (it applies also for amending reservation by reducing the number of nights reserved) or in case of no show, the penalty fee is 100%;
- if the guest decides to leave early, the nights not spent will be fully paid;
- any change of a confirmed booking will be considered as a cancellation and the above cancellation rules will be applied. In this case, a new booking is required which will be confirmed according to availability;
- any booking, cancellation or change of booking will be made only in written.
Group conditions – for groups of minimum 10 persons all booked services must be fully paid at least 10 days before the check in.
Otherwise, the booking will be cancelled and the prepayment will be considered as penalty.
In case of cancellation with less of 10 days before the check in or in case of no show, the penalty will be 100%.
Special periods – for Easter, 1st of May and Whitsun periods, the full payment should be made at least 10 days before check in.
In case of cancellation within 10 days before check in, the penalty fee will be 100%.
General information
- check-in starts at 16:00 (as far as possible it will be done earlier) and check-out will be no later than 12:00;
- please do not bring drinks and food from outside. Our restaurant and bar are at your service with a wide range of products;
- smoking in rooms and restaurant is not allowed. There are special places for smokers;
- pets are not allowed;
- the swimming pool may be used untill 20:00. After this time the pool water treatment may take place.
